Marked as 4140 or 1018 in drop down menu. 4140 will be heat treated. There will be a form that applies to FULLERS whether you want them diagonal, parallel, or perpendicular to the base plate. The feather hot cut is just a top die. My punches are MADE TO FIT MY PUNCH CHUCK DIE and I can't say they'll fit any other system
